These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sliqq mobile application ("App") operated by T-Tech Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Sliqq, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Sliqq is an AI-powered communication coaching app that helps you draft, polish, and improve your messages. The App provides suggestions and advice for personal and professional communications. Sliqq is a tool to assist your communication — all final decisions about what to send are yours.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Sliqq. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.
Sliqq offers a 7-day free trial for new users. During the trial period, you have full access to all features. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, access to premium features will be restricted.
Sliqq offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:
All subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until the end of your paid period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Any price changes will comply with App Store requirements and you will be notified in advance. Existing subscriptions will not be affected until renewal.
You agree to use Sliqq only for lawful purposes. You may not:
Sliqq uses artificial intelligence to generate message suggestions and communication advice. You acknowledge that:
The App, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by T-Tech Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Your use of Sliqq is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle (and don't collect) your data. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
Sliqq is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, T-Tech Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless T-Tech Inc. and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device and cancelling any active subscription.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Ventura County, California.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
